Exchange, Return & Refund
Get your product exchanged or returned in 3 easy steps!

Step 01
Go to our Exchange/Return Page to submit your product exchange/return request. Select and fill details as required. On successful submission you will receive Exchange/Return ID on site as well as on mail.

Step 02
Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep. It takes 5-10 days to reach product to our warehouse. Once your returned product pass quality check you will get notification of exchange or return approved.

Step 03
Prepaid orders: Your paid amount will be refunded to original payment method with standard deduction of shipping charges. For COD orders: Your paid amount will be refunded to provided payment method with standard deduction of shipping charges and COD charges.

Return/Exchange Shipping Options
Complimentary Pick-up: Our courier partner will pick-up the product, available in most areas
Self-Shipping: For locations without pick-up service; shipping costs reimbursed via HauteQue wallet credits
Refund Process & Policies
Products failing this quality check will be returned to the customer.
Once product pass quality check, the refund or exchange request approved and processed.
For approved returns:
• Prepaid Orders: Your refund initiated to your original mode of payment
• COD Orders: Your refund initiated to your provided UPI or Bank Account
Refunds should reflect within 5-7 days of return request approval email confirmation sent to you.
Return to Refund Timeline: Please expect 7-15 days at maximum to reflect refunds in your account from the date of your return initiation. The maximum timeline is just due to involvement of 3rd party courier partners.
Deductions:
• For exchange: We charge Rs.89 to cover a part of exchanged product pick-up and further delivery, which is a fraction of actual cost. This amount you will be asked to pay at the time of your exchange delivery by shipping partner.
• For Returns: We deduct the forward shipping and reverse shipping charges in total as Rs.145; and Bank Charges as Rs.39
Note: Please consider that the entire return and exchange process involves a stringent process, manpower, materials and 3rd party shipping partners as well as Banks charges which incur a high cost to us as a company, which ranges upto Rs.385 for a returned product and Rs.185 for exchanges. The deduction are fractional to give our customer fast process and least burdens by bearing major part of it on us.
Quality Assurance & Policy Exceptions
• Products failing this check will be returned to the customer.
• This policy ensures a hassle-free shopping experience while maintaining product quality standards for all HauteQue customers.
• Intimate apparel and undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
• All returned items must be in original, unused condition with intact packaging
• Return or exchange requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe
• For defected, dirty or other brand products you must share required angles images to easily spot defect, dirt or other brand labels, shipping label while placing the request.
