Hauteque provides a flexible and customer-centric returns and exchange policy for purchases made on Hauteque.in. Customers have the option to return or exchange items within 10 days of successful delivery, with some product-specific exceptions.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met: Product is unused Original condition, tags, and packaging are intact Item can be tried on but must remain unwashed and odor-free Return initiated within 10 days of delivery (unless stated otherwise) All accompanying gifts or accessories are included

Hauteque offers two options for returning products: Complimentary Pick-up: Available in most areas Self-Shipping: For locations without pick-up service; shipping costs reimbursed via Hauteque wallet credits

Exchanges are permitted for size discrepancies, wrong product or wrong color or defective items, subject to: Stock availability Address serviceability

Refund Policies
Intimate apparel and undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable All returned items must be in original, unused condition with intact packaging Return or exchange requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe
Refunds are processed after returned items pass a quality inspection at our warehouse. Products failing this check will be returned to the customer. This policy ensures a hassle-free shopping experience while maintaining product quality standards for all Hauteque customers.
